Special guests included the Philippine Ambassador to Kuwait, H.E. Renato Pedro O. Villa, and CAP-College Foundation Vice President Felito Alivio. The Philippine Ambassador and ICSA's Managing Director presented certificates to each graduate, who received the honor alongside special awards including the Inquisitive Learners Award and the Leadership Award.

Fifty students taking ICSA's computer secretarial course graduated following a three-month program. The event was attended by graduating students, instructors, and ICSA President Mark Farooq Muhammad, alongside guest speaker GMA News Correspondent Ricky Laxa. The International Institute of Computer Science and Administration (ICSA) launched its newest course โ Business Oral Communication and Public Speaking. The first orientation class held on Friday saw a full house attendance at ICSA's Kuwait City premises. Led by trainer Ricky Laxa โ a former professor of oral communication at three Philippine universities and GMA 7 International News Correspondent โ the three-month course runs every Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The curriculum covers fundamentals of oral communication, public speaking, verbal and non-verbal communication, and confidence-building exercises.
