Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need expensive equipment to start?
No. Your smartphone is enough to get started. We teach mobile-first video creation using CapCut before moving to desktop tools. Many of today's most successful content creators work entirely on their phones. A laptop is helpful but not required for the first half of the course.
Which software do we actually use?
We cover CapCut (mobile and desktop), Adobe Premiere Pro, and Canva for graphics and thumbnails. All have free versions you can continue using after the course. We will also advise you on the most cost-effective Adobe subscription options.
Can this course help me get freelance clients?
Yes. The final module specifically covers building your portfolio, presenting your work professionally, setting rates, and finding clients. Many of our graduates land their first paid video editing jobs before the course is even finished.
Is this course relevant for businesses too?
Absolutely. Many business owners take this course specifically so they can manage their own Instagram and TikTok content without paying an agency. By the end you will be able to shoot, edit, and publish professional-looking content yourself.
Will I produce real videos during the course?
Yes — that is the whole point. Every module involves creating real content. By the final module you will have a portfolio of at least 10 finished, polished videos across different formats: Reels, brand videos, product promos, and more.
What certificate do I receive?
You receive an official ICSA Certificate in Social Media and Video Editing upon successful completion. A minimum 75% attendance and submission of your final portfolio project are required.
