About This Programme

BSBA — Management at ICSA

BSBA — Management is a full 143-unit degree awarded by CAP College Foundation, Inc., a Philippine distance-education institution recognised by CHED, the Commission on Higher Education. ICSA is your local partner in Kuwait — we handle enrolment, provide the study materials, guide you term by term and coordinate your assessments, so you can complete the degree without leaving your job or the country.

This Management major is CAP College's established 143-unit business curriculum — a broad grounding in accounting, marketing, human resources, operations and finance, built to develop well-rounded managers. It runs across seven terms and finishes with a 300-hour practicum.

If you did not complete Senior High School, or your strand was not Accountancy, Business and Management, you will first take short sets of Foundation and Fundamental subjects (18 units each). If you already hold a Level 5 or Level 6 diploma, some of your credits may transfer — shortening the degree.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who awards the degree, and is it recognised?
The degree is awarded by CAP College Foundation, Inc., a Philippine distance-education institution recognised by CHED — the Commission on Higher Education. ICSA is the study partner in Kuwait: we handle enrolment, materials and local coordination.
Can I complete BSBA Management while working full time in Kuwait?
Yes — study is by distance learning, term by term, at your own pace, with no daily classes to attend. Most students working full time complete the degree in three to four years.
How long does it take, and what does it involve?
This is CAP College's broader 143-unit Management curriculum across seven terms, finishing with a 300-hour practicum. Studying around full-time work, that typically means three to four years — advanced entry from an existing diploma can shorten it.
How is this different from the other BSBA majors?
This Management programme is the older, broader 143-unit curriculum covering accounting, marketing, HR, operations and finance together, rather than specialising in one area. If you want a general management foundation, this is it; if you want to specialise, look at the Operations, Marketing, HR, Financial or Business Economics majors (122 units each).
I already have a Level 5 or Level 6 diploma. Does that shorten the degree?
It may. Level 5 and Level 6 qualifications can earn advanced entry, with credits transferred against the degree. Bring your certificates and transcripts to the consultation and we will assess what carries across.
What careers does Management lead to?
A Management degree prepares you for supervisory and management roles across business — operations, administration, sales, HR and general management — with the broad grounding to move between functions.
