About These Programmes

Bachelor Degrees at ICSA, Awarded by CAP College

CAP College Foundation, Inc. is a Philippine distance-education institution whose degrees are recognised by CHED, the Commission on Higher Education. ICSA is your local partner in Kuwait: we handle enrolment, provide the study materials, guide you term by term and coordinate your assessments — so you can complete a full bachelor's degree without leaving your job or the country.

There are fourteen programmes: six majors under the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and eight under the Bachelor of Arts. Every degree follows the CHED curriculum — eight terms of coursework plus a 600-hour internship — and is completed by distance learning at a pace that fits around full-time work.

If you did not complete Senior High School, or your strand was not Accountancy, Business and Management, you will take a short set of Foundation and Fundamental subjects (18 units each) before the main programme begins. And if you already hold a Level 5 or Level 6 diploma, some of your existing credits may transfer — shortening the degree.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who awards the degree, and is it recognised?
The degree is awarded by CAP College Foundation, Inc., a Philippine distance-education institution recognised by CHED — the Commission on Higher Education. ICSA is the study partner in Kuwait: we handle enrolment, materials and local coordination. The qualification itself comes from CAP College.
Can I really complete a bachelor's degree while working full time in Kuwait?
Yes — that is precisely what these programmes are designed for. Study is by distance learning, term by term, at your own pace. There are no daily classes to attend. Most students working full time complete their degree in three to four years.
I already have a Level 5 or Level 6 diploma. Does that shorten the degree?
It may. Level 5 and Level 6 qualifications can earn advanced entry, with existing credits transferred against the degree — reducing both the time and the cost. Bring your certificates and transcripts to the consultation and we will assess exactly what carries across.
What if I did not finish Senior High School?
You can still enrol. You will first complete 18 units of Foundation subjects, which cover the general education you need before the degree programme itself begins. For BSBA specifically, if your strand was not Accountancy, Business and Management, you will also take 18 units of Fundamental subjects.
How long does the degree take, and what does it involve?
Most programmes run to roughly 113–149 units across eight terms, plus a 600-hour internship in the final term. Studying around full-time work, that typically means three to four years — though advanced entry from an existing diploma can shorten it considerably.
Which degree should I choose?
It depends on where you want to work. BSBA majors — Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Operations, Business Economics — suit careers in business and administration. The Bachelor of Arts programmes, including Information Technology, Psychology and English Language Studies, suit a broader range. Come in and we will talk it through against your actual goals.
